Distribution Sales Manager for Greater China (工作地點:香港或台北)
Job description :
- Responsible for selling and marketing reporting products (Crystal Reports and Crystal Xcelsius) through channel partners to IT and business users within Greater China
- Manage master distributors within Greater China
- Recruit, develop and manage at least 20 resellers directly
- Design and manage channel pricing to ensure proper pricing model
- Initiate promotion program to dirve sales through
- Develop marketing program and run marketing compaign to generate sales leads
- In charge channel operation for volume products to ensure operation efficiency and minimize business risk
- Jointly develop new business initiatives to grow the distribution business
Qualification
A. Must
- Would like to develop a life time career in BI industry and with BO
- Have lots of creative idea
- Have experiences in using information to generate more revenue reduce cost, make decision, find out problem and resolve it, find out opportunity and work out plan to achieve something, improve performance, etc.
- Know how to sell to business users, IT users and developers community
- Good management, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Integrity, and high discipline with time and quality of work
- Good health condition and can work under pressure
- Good command of both English and Chinese orally and in writing
B. Nice to have :
- Have capability or potential to grow a new business or new territory from scratch
- Have good knowledge and experience in working independently with people in marketing , finance, channel, legal, product, technical support, development, etc.
- Know how to build up reseller and solution partners in order to sell value instead of just box moving
- Know TW, HK and China IT market and channel
- Experience from Microsoft community and is a master of excel spreadsheet
- Master degree with business administration and IT background is preferable
- Willing to take high growth challenges
- Can travel 50% of the time
- Know how to run volume business
